1. About the Terms

1.1. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between an individual user or corporate entity (the" User “, ” you " e " you ") who accesses and uses the Website and/or purchases the Services and the owner and operator of eProjectLab IMT First Oy with a business address in Italy (the " Society “, ” us " e " our “).
1.2. If you use eProjectLab and/or accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, please do not use eProjectLab and/or accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
1.3.Third parties . These Terms apply solely to your use of eProjectLab. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, we are not responsible or liable in any way for the acts and omissions of third parties, the quality of services provided by third parties, content uploaded and posted by Users or third parties to the Website, and security and privacy practices implemented by the operators of third-party websites, applications and services referenced by the Website.
1.4. Amendment and Termination. We may amend or terminate these Terms at any time, and such amendment or termination will become effective when we post the amended version of the Terms on the Website and indicate the date of the last amendment. Your continued use of eProjectLab after the date of the last amendment will signify your acceptance of the amended Terms.
1.5. Violation of the Terms. If we believe, in our sole discretion, that you violate these Terms and it is appropriate, necessary or desirable for you to do so, we may: -
Send you a formal warning;
- Temporarily suspend the Account (as defined below);
- Delete the Account;
- Temporarily or permanently prohibit access to the Services; - Report you to law enforcement authorities; OR
- Taking legal action against you.

  1. About eProjectLab

2.1. The Company owns and operates the Website which facilitates the provision of the Services, i.e. the promotion of the User's websites through global search engines, also known as search engine optimization (SEO) services.
2.2. eProjectLab should not be accessed and used by persons under the age of 18.
2.3. Although we regularly monitor the information available on eProjectLab, we do not guarantee the truthfulness, reliability, currency, relevance, or completeness of all
information available at eProjectLab.
2.4. Any requests for customer or technical support should be directed to us via
e-mail at We will respond to requests for assistance without undue delay and no later than 3 working days.

  1. The Account

3.1. To use the full functionality of the Website and access the Services, you must register a user account on the Website (the "Account"), read and agree to these Terms, and review our privacy policy. When you register your Account, you will have access to your online control panel.
3.2. You are solely responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and (ii) all statements and acts that occur through your account.
3.3. You agree not to disclose your username and password to anyone. If your password has been stolen, hacked, or compromised in any way, you agree to contact us immediately.
3.4. You are responsible for using a secure Internet connection and protected networks when accessing eProjectLab.
3.5. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to take the necessary precautions to protect yourself, the Account and the devices on which you use eProjectLab from viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses and other harmful or destructive content.
3.6. We may suspend, disable or delete your Account (or any part of it) if we have reason to believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms or that your conduct tends to harm our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the above reasons, you may not register again. We may also suspend or terminate your Account at the lawful request of a public authority.

  1. Acceptable use policy

4.1. By using eProjectLab, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;
- You will provide only true, accurate, complete, and current information;
- You will not register more than one Account;
- You have the necessary authorization and permission to create the Account;
- You will not use eProjectLab for illegal, infringing, obscene, offensive, or abusive purposes;
- Do not spread malware (e.g., viruses, worms, Trojan horses), spam and other illegal messages;
- You will not disseminate ethnic, racial or otherwise objectionable information;
- You will not copy, distribute, rent, resell, modify, impair, damage, disable, compromise, reverse engineer, and overload eProjectLab;
- You will not use bots, scripts and other automated methods;
- You will not collect or disclose any information about eProjectLab Users; and
- Do not disclose, record, or misuse any information about the websites in our inventory, including but not limited to URLs, descriptions, and images.
4.2. You are responsible for any claims arising out of your access to and use of eProjectLab and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims arising out of your use of eProjectLab.
4.3. If you believe that any of the content related to eProjectLab is inappropriate, violates these Terms, applicable laws, or your right to privacy, please contact us immediately by email at If any content or user is reported as inappropriate, we will immediately remove that content from eProjectLab and investigate the reported user's conduct.

  1. The Services

5.1. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Services outlined in this Section 5.
5.2. The Services will be provided to the User remotely via the Internet under the terms agreed upon between the User and the Company.
5.3. The User assumes full responsibility and the Company shall have no liability if the provision of the Services is interrupted or suspended due to the User's failure to provide the requested information, to comply with the Company's requests, and to comply with any provision of these Terms.
5.4. To ensure the optimal provision of the Services, the User agrees to follow the information, advice, requirements and recommendations provided by the Company.
5.5. To facilitate the provision of the Services, User shall submit to Company materials related to the Services, including but not limited to User's website URLs, keywords, and optional promotional materials (collectively, the "Content"). User agrees not to submit Content that User is not authorized to use or Content that violates applicable laws, international treaties or regulations.
5.6. The Company reserves the right to refuse or delete any Content that is not owned or controlled by You. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to upload, edit, delete, postpone, return or remove any Content that violates these Terms, the Company's standards or any applicable law.
5.7. By submitting Content to the Company, the User grants the Company unlimited, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable rights to use, distribute, publicize, adapt, remix, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, extract, prepare derivative works from, and reproduce the Content for the purpose of providing the Services.
5.8. The Company does not have full control over the Content distributed. If You request the Company to edit, remove, delete, or erase any Content distributed by the Company, You understand and agree that some of the Content is distributed on third-party platforms and Web sites (collectively, " Third-party platforms") and therefore cannot be edited, removed, deleted or erased due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for Content that cannot be modified, removed, deleted, or erased on third-party Platforms.
5.9. To facilitate the provision of the Services, the User may provide us with predetermined keywords selected by the User (" Your keywords "). We will not be responsible in any way for determining your keywords, including the search, selection, rankings, or underperformance of your keywords.
5.10 By providing your keywords, you agree that you are solely responsible for your keywords, including, but not limited to, ensuring that (i) your keywords are accurate and meet reasonable industry standards, (ii) your keywords do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and (iii) your keywords do not violate any applicable law.
5.11 We disclaim all responsibility and liability for your keywords.
5.12 When we provide the Services, we use rented and permanent backlinks. Backlinks are placed on third-party platforms and therefore the Company assumes no responsibility for backlinks removed prematurely from third-party platforms.
5.13. Although the Company makes reasonable efforts to select relevant Third Party Platforms for the respective User, the Company does not guarantee the relevance, reliability or fitness for purpose of the selected Third Party Platforms.
5.14. The accuracy of any information provided by the Company in connection with the Services, including but not limited to Google search result reports and keyword position reports (collectively, the "Reports") may be affected by various factors, as The time, place, and device used. Although the Company devotes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the Reports, You acknowledge and agree that the Reports may differ from the information available directly to You.

  1. Sources of backlinks

6.1. For the purpose of providing the Services, our proprietary software rents and purchases backlinks from a number of third-party Platforms automatically, either directly or by contracting with third-party backlink providers.
6.2. Although our algorithms are created to avoid any potentially harmful and/or illegal Web sites and the Company's staff makes every reasonable effort to regularly filter such Web sites, it is potentially possible that some of the Third Party Platforms may not be appropriate for leasing or purchasing backlinks. The Company is not responsible for any technical, ranking, or legal problems caused by the leasing/purchase of such backlinks.
6.3. If you find third-party platforms or other source Web sites inappropriate, please contact our support team to filter those third-party platforms and Web sites into your account or discontinue their use for service delivery.

  1. Rates and payments

7.1. Fees. The Services are subject to applicable service fees (the " Commissions") charged to the User. The Schedule of Fees is available on the Site or personally communicated to the User. Fees are charged automatically for actual use of the Services and deducted from the User's prepaid balance in advance, unless terminated by the User in advance. By entering into a service agreement with us, You agree to pay the Fees in accordance with these Terms, the terms and conditions of the respective Fees and other terms and conditions in effect at the time of entering into the service agreement. The Fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and remain in effect for as long as (i) they are stated on the Site, (ii) as communicated by us, or (iii) your service agreement lasts. Fees are subject to change without notice. Any changes to the Fees will be made available to You and, if necessary,
7.2. Payments. All payments related to eProjectLab are processed by our third-party payment processors PayPal and Stripe (the " Payment processors "). Payment Processors may collect certain personal data from the User, such as the User's name, credit card number, and billing address, which will enable them to make the payments requested by the User. Payment Processors handle all steps of the payment process through their systems, including data collection and processing. The User is responsible for ensuring that all payment information is correct and that the necessary funds are available to pay the Fees. The User agrees not to hold us responsible for payments that are not received by us because the User has quoted incorrect payment information or because the Payment Processors have rejected the payment for any other reason.
7.3. Conclusion of a service contract. A User who wishes to enter into a service contract with us must: (i) visit the Site; (ii) register the Account by submitting the required personal information; (iii) choose the Services; (iv) provide the required payment information; and (v) make the prepayment. The User will be able to identify and correct any input errors before clicking the "Pay" button. After the User clicks the "Pay" button and payment is completed, we will send a confirmation email informing the User of the order. By clicking the "Pay" button and receiving a confirmation email, the User enters into an English service contract with us based on these Terms. The details of the specific service contract will not be stored by us and, therefore, the specific contract will not be available to the User.
7.4. Cancellation. You have the right to cancel the Services and related Fees at any time via the Account or by contacting us directly. No Fees paid for the Services provided to You will be refunded. After the cancellation of the Services takes effect, the User will not be charged any further Fees and the provision of the Services will cease.
7.5. Refunds. Fees are charged for Services actually used by the User. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for Fees paid and Services provided to the User. In the event that the User's account has received bonus credits, such credits are not subject to refund, therefore, bonus credits are deducted before the final refund is calculated. Any advance payments that have not been charged by the Company will be refunded to the User when the Account is closed. If the User is dissatisfied with eProjectLab and there is reason to believe that the quality of the Services is impaired due to our fault, we may, after carefully evaluating the problem and at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds to the User. Situations in which we may consider issuing refunds include (i) if the Services are impaired due to technical problems that cannot be resolved in a reasonably timely manner; (ii) we materially violate these Terms; or (iii) we fail to provide the Services as agreed with You. To terminate the Service Agreement and receive a refund, User must contact us and explain User's concern in detail. If the User is entitled to a refund, we will issue the refund using the same payment method that the User used to make the payment.

  1. Confidentiality

8.1. All personal data collected from you will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy available at, which explains in detail our practices and procedures regarding the processing of your personal data.
8.2. Marketing communication. We may send you occasional newsletters. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail. We will send you marketing-related communications only if (i) you provide us with your opt-in consent to receive such communications or (ii) we decide to send you marketing messages about our new services that are closely related to the Services you already use.
8.3. Informational Notices. After you register your Account, you may receive important technical notices from us about your Account and eProjectLab (the " Notifications "), including low balance notifications, technical or administrative emails, information about your Account, privacy and security, and other important issues, because they are essential to the success of the Services. You cannot opt out of notifications.

  1. Exclusion of guarantees

9.1. eProjectLab is provided by the Company on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or results of eProjectLab in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
9.2. The Company shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of eProjectLab. 9.3. The Company disclaims all warranties with respect to the information provided, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a

9.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion does not apply.

11.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of eProjectLab, your violation of these Terms, a violation by you or any third party conducted using your computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

12.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue eProjectLab with or without notice to the User. The Company shall not be liable to the User or any third party in the event that the Company exercises its right to modify or discontinue eProjectLab. User acknowledges and agrees that the Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to eProjectLab and the operation of

13.1. Most of the content made available through eProjectLab is owned by us, our partners, agents, licensors, vendors and/or other content providers ("Our Content"). Our Content includes, but is not limited to, text, images, audiovisual content, source code, trademarks, service marks, and trade names. Our Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.
13.2.You are not authorized, without prior written permission from us, to:
- Distributing Our Content;
- Copy our content;
- Disassemble, make changes, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, and adapt Our Content; and
- Rent, lend, use, lease or attempt to grant other rights to Our Content to third parties.
13.3.eProjectLab brand. You may not use the eProjectLab brand, the trademarks associated with eProjectLab, or the trademarks of third parties with the prior consent of the trademark owner. User may not use such trademarks and brands in any manner that suggests that we sponsor, endorse, or associate with User without obtaining our prior written consent.
13.4. Third Party Intellectual Property. Some of the trademarks and other intellectual property on the Web Site may be owned by third parties. Such third party intellectual property does not belong to us and remains the exclusive property of the respective third party owners. You agree that you will not infringe such third-party property. We will not access or use such intellectual property for any purpose other than ensuring the provision of our services through the Web site.
13.5. These Terms do not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by us or any third party, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain solely with us or the respective third party owners.
13.6 Copyright Infringement Claims. If you have reason to believe that any content made available through eProjectLab infringes on your or a third party's intellectual property rights, please contact us and express your concerns or request that we remove the allegedly infringing content. We will respond to your copyright infringement complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks. Before sending us your complaint, be sure to sign it and include information that would allow us to locate the allegedly infringing content.

  1. Separability

14.1 In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.

15.1. The formation, interpretation and performance of these Terms and any dispute arising out of the Terms shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict or choice of law rules.
15.2. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions relating to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts of Finland.
15.3 Nothing herein shall prevent you or us from seeking any interim injunction deemed necessary in order to preserve the status quo prior to resolution of any dispute, in any jurisdiction.
15.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution.
